Over the past several years, we have been actively supporting and caring for people within the community, offering understanding and practical support to those facing difficult times.

The First Steps to a New Beginning

One-to-one support from someone with lived experience of mental health challenges. A safe and supportive space to talk openly, share experiences and feel understood without judgement if feeling alone or lost.Mental Health Mentoring

We arrange an initial session to talk about your situation, what you’re looking for and how support can best work for you. When possible, this first session can be held face-to-face.3. Ongoing Support
If the support feels right for you, we can continue with one-to-one sessions focused on practical strategies, encouragement, and building resilience.4. Flexible and Supportive
Sessions can be arranged in person or online depending on what works best. Support is always specific to your needs, pace and goals.
